So, after hearing the rousing speech above, its time to uhm, well, uh, do stuff, and things. Actually, I've gotten the itch/urge to get back to a few group activities. Here's a couple reasons why: There's a new guild recruiting tool in game, but I'd like to have a little guild activity to go along with the guild recruiting tool. Also, there's some new content, even since the Cata patch, so there are arguably a few new nooks and crannies to poke around in. Thirdly, word around the campfire is that one or two "oldies" of the guild have a slight desire to pick things up again.
Now, I know those crazy Canad^H^H^H^H^H Alaskans have finally hatched a spawn (congrats again), so they are probably mildly distracted, but babies sleep occasionally, I've heard, so if they have the energy, it'd be nice to see them again. Oh, and ele ran off to China. I'm thinking it will be a matter of days before they Chinese government wises up and packs his ass back to the states, with a stern warning against teaching its citizens dirty words in English. Enny's getting bored at her mother (in-law?)'s house, and said something to me over twitter about trees and lovin' or some such, so I want to get to the bottom of that...
Anyway, couple questions to answer, to get things moving again:
1. Whats the status of the Vent server? If its dead, that's fine, I can make arrangements for another one.
2. Any time preferences? I'm thinking something like Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, 9 or 10pm EST (6 or 7 server), for an hour or three, just to run a few dungeons, or possibly pug a few, if at least three of us show up.
I am starting a thread for thoughts and contributions. Not asking for firm commitments (I know, Life Happens), but I would like to gauge interest, and see what we can get rolling.
